Christmas Wreath Workshop
The Christmas Wreath workshop is being taught by Billie Reed. Billie moved to Mesquite a year and a half ago and had really enjoyed living here. She is a native of Texas and attended LSU in Baton Rouge.
Billy is no stranger to creativity. Since 1995 she has designed jewelry and owned her own business. She is a certified Florist as well. Currently she is studying watercolor with Char Lang. Billie has also studied oils and pastels.
